The XBASE 888 has got an update to OS 1.04:

1.03 LCD garbage in midi clock sync mode fixed
1.04 Setting or erasing wrong steps in midi clock sync mode fixed
Click on the XBASE 888 product area and entirely scroll down to download the midi file.
PC users please right click the mouse and select "save target as...".
MAC users: hold "Alt" key and select target to store the file to.
